Terms & Conditions

8-Week Online Lifestyle & Behaviour Support Programme

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Project Woman Lifestyle Tribe.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your participation in the Project Woman Lifestyle Tribe 8-Week Online Group Programme (“Lifestyle Tribe” or “the Programme”).

By purchasing a place and accepting these Terms & Conditions at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following.

1. About Lifestyle Tribe

Lifestyle Tribe is an 8-week online group coaching and educational programme designed to support women in developing sustainable health and lifestyle behaviours.

The Programme may include education and coaching relating to:

  • nutrition and eating behaviours;

  • strength training and physical activity;

  • lifestyle and health behaviours;

  • behaviour change and habit formation;

  • goal setting;

  • sleep, stress and recovery;

  • body composition goals;

  • accountability and self-monitoring; and

  • community and social support.

The Programme may include live group sessions, educational content, weekly coaching prompts, check-ins, follow-along exercise sessions, downloadable resources, WhatsApp community support, guest speakers and optional group activities.

2. Coaching & Educational Programme — Not Medical Treatment

Lifestyle Tribe is a coaching, education and lifestyle support programme.

It is not a medical programme and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or individualised medical advice.

Information provided during Lifestyle Tribe is general in nature and is not intended to replace advice from your GP, consultant, physiotherapist, registered dietitian or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you have concerns about your health or whether any element of the Programme is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating.

3. Psychological & Behaviour Change Content

Lifestyle Tribe incorporates psychology-informed coaching and evidence-informed behaviour-change approaches.

Although Emma is a qualified psychotherapist and may draw upon relevant psychological knowledge and behaviour-change methods, Lifestyle Tribe is not psychotherapy, counselling or mental-health treatment.

Participation in Lifestyle Tribe does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

If an issue arises that requires individual psychological or mental-health assessment or treatment, you may be advised to seek appropriate professional support outside the Programme.

4. Health & Exercise Declaration

Lifestyle Tribe may include strength training, resistance exercise, cardiovascular exercise, mobility work and other physical activity.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you consider yourself medically and physically able to participate in the Programme.

If you have an existing or underlying medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy, recent surgery or any other health concern that could affect your ability to exercise, you agree that you are responsible for seeking appropriate advice and/or clearance from your GP or relevant healthcare professional before participating in exercise through Lifestyle Tribe.

You agree to inform Project Woman privately of relevant health circumstances where these may affect your safe participation.

If your health circumstances change during the Programme, you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice before continuing where necessary.

Completion of the Programme's health screening or PAR-Q does not constitute medical clearance.

5. Exercising Safely

You participate in exercise voluntarily and are responsible for exercising at a level appropriate to your own ability.

Online exercise sessions have limitations because a coach cannot assess every participant in the same way as during an individual, in-person assessment.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have sufficient and safe space in which to exercise;

  • your equipment is safe and appropriate;

  • you wear appropriate clothing and footwear;

  • you follow instructions and modifications provided;

  • you do not undertake an exercise you believe is unsuitable for you; and

  • you stop exercising if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, sudden or unusual pain or another concerning symptom, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention.

You should never continue an exercise simply because it forms part of the Programme.

6. PAR-Q / Health Screening

Participants may be required to complete a health and physical activity readiness questionnaire before taking part in exercise sessions.

You agree to answer health-screening questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

Where your answers indicate that further medical or clinical advice may be appropriate, Project Woman may ask you to obtain clearance from your GP, physiotherapist or another relevant healthcare professional before participating in some or all exercise activities.

Project Woman reserves the right to decline or pause exercise participation where there are reasonable concerns regarding your safety.

7. Nutrition

Nutrition content within Lifestyle Tribe is provided for general nutrition education, behaviour change and lifestyle support.

It is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition or replace individual medical or dietetic care.

If you have a medical condition, diagnosed eating disorder, significant food allergy or intolerance, gastrointestinal condition, pregnancy-related nutritional requirement or another condition requiring specialist dietary management, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for your individual food choices.

8. Results & Body Composition

Lifestyle Tribe may support goals including improved nutrition, greater strength, increased activity, improved health behaviours and changes in body composition.

However, no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Project Woman does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, fitness improvement or other physical or psychological outcome.

Individual results depend upon many factors, including health, starting point, circumstances, consistency and level of engagement.

The Programme focuses on supporting behaviours, skills and routines rather than promising a particular physical result.

9. Your Commitment

Lifestyle Tribe has been designed as an 8-week process, rather than a short-term challenge requiring perfection.

By joining, you are committing to engaging with the Programme for the full 8 weeks to the best of your ability.

This does not mean being perfect.

There may be busy weeks, holidays, illness, social occasions, setbacks or times when you cannot complete everything.

Participants are encouraged to return to the Programme and use the support available rather than viewing an imperfect week as failure.

The commitment is to the process, not perfection.

You remain responsible for your own participation, decisions and actions throughout the Programme.

10. Programme Timetable

The Programme timetable represents the intended schedule at the time it is published.

Project Woman may make reasonable changes to:

  • dates or times;

  • live sessions;

  • coaching content;

  • training sessions;

  • activities;

  • guest speakers;

  • Programme materials; or

  • the method of delivery.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed in advance of material changes.

Guest speakers and activities described as TBC are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

11. Live Sessions

Lifestyle Tribe includes scheduled live group coaching/Q&A sessions.

Participants are encouraged to attend but are responsible for managing their own attendance.

Missing a session does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit, replacement session or individual consultation.

Not every session is guaranteed to be recorded.

Where a recording is provided, Project Woman will determine how long it remains available.

12. WhatsApp & Community Participation

Lifestyle Tribe includes a private online group/community.

Participants agree to communicate respectfully with other members and Project Woman.

Information shared by another participant within the group should be treated as private and confidential.

You must not screenshot, copy, record, reproduce or publicly share another participant's messages, images, personal information or contributions without their permission.

Because WhatsApp and other group platforms involve communication between participants, Project Woman cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Participants should therefore use discretion when deciding what personal information to share within the group.

13. Respectful Conduct

Lifestyle Tribe is intended to provide a supportive environment for all participants.

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, inappropriate contact, deliberate disruption or serious breaches of another participant's privacy will not be accepted.

Project Woman reserves the right to moderate the community and remove inappropriate material where reasonably necessary.

14. Project Woman's Right to Suspend or End Participation

Project Woman reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's involvement where reasonably necessary because of:

  • health or safety concerns;

  • behaviour towards another participant or member of staff;

  • serious or repeated breaches of these Terms;

  • misuse or unauthorised distribution of Programme materials;

  • inappropriate use of the community;

  • behaviour that materially disrupts the Programme; or

  • circumstances in which Project Woman reasonably considers continued participation inappropriate or unsafe.

Where participation is terminated because of serious participant misconduct or breach of these Terms, any entitlement to a refund will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights a participant may have.

15. Optional Group Meet-Ups & Activities

Lifestyle Tribe may offer optional in-person social or community activities during the Programme, including walks, hikes, social gatherings, wellness activities or activities provided by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these activities are optional and are not supervised Project Woman personal training or exercise sessions.

Participation is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to attend will not affect your participation in Lifestyle Tribe.

Participants attend optional meet-ups and activities at their own discretion and are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for their health, fitness, experience and circumstances.

Insurance

Participants should not assume that Project Woman's business insurance provides personal accident, medical, travel or other individual insurance cover for optional group meet-ups or activities.

Participants are encouraged to ensure they have any appropriate personal insurance cover they consider necessary before participating.

Where an activity is provided by a third-party business or activity provider, that provider operates independently and may have its own terms, waivers, insurance arrangements and participation requirements.

Participants are responsible for complying with those requirements.

For optional activities, participants are also responsible for:

  • determining their own physical suitability;

  • seeking medical advice where appropriate;

  • wearing suitable clothing and footwear;

  • using appropriate equipment;

  • considering terrain and weather conditions;

  • arranging their own transportation; and

  • making appropriate decisions regarding their own safety.

Project Woman may postpone, alter or cancel an activity because of weather, safety, availability or other circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Payment

The Programme price is clearly displayed before purchase.

Your place is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received unless otherwise stated.

Any discount or promotional code is subject to its stated eligibility requirements and may not be transferred or retrospectively applied unless Project Woman agrees otherwise.

17. Cancellation & Refunds

Lifestyle Tribe is sold as a complete 8-week Programme and participants are encouraged to consider their availability and commitment before purchasing.

Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights and any other rights provided by law, Programme fees are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance, holidays, scheduling conflicts, failure to participate or a decision not to complete the Programme.

Because the Programme is purchased online, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Cancellation requests should be made in writing to Project Woman.

18. Programme Materials & Intellectual Property

All Lifestyle Tribe materials remain the intellectual property of Project Woman unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • presentations;

  • worksheets;

  • PDFs;

  • videos;

  • training sessions;

  • exercise programmes;

  • educational material;

  • coaching exercises;

  • templates;

  • recordings; and

  • written content.

Materials are supplied for the participant's personal use only.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, shared, distributed, uploaded publicly, taught or provided to another person without written permission from Project Woman.

Access to Programme materials may end following completion of the Programme unless otherwise stated.

19. Recording, Photography & Social Media

Participants may not record live group sessions or photograph, screenshot or record other participants without permission.

Participation in Lifestyle Tribe does not automatically constitute consent for Project Woman to use your photograph, testimonial, progress images, personal story or identifiable information for marketing purposes.

Where Project Woman wishes to use identifiable participant content publicly, appropriate permission will be sought.

20. Technology & Third-Party Platforms

Lifestyle Tribe may use third-party services including WhatsApp, Zoom, Jotform, email and other digital platforms.

Participants are responsible for having suitable internet access and a compatible device.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Project Woman cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms or internet services.

Where a technical issue materially affects Programme delivery, Project Woman will take reasonable steps to provide an alternative where appropriate.

21. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information provided in connection with Lifestyle Tribe will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

Participants should provide only information reasonably relevant to their participation.

Where health or other sensitive information needs to be discussed, participants are encouraged to communicate privately with Project Woman rather than posting detailed personal information within the group.

22. Emergencies & Availability

Lifestyle Tribe does not provide an emergency, crisis or medical support service.

WhatsApp, email and other Programme communication channels are not monitored continuously.

If you require urgent medical or mental-health assistance, you should contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service rather than relying on Lifestyle Tribe communications.

23. Limitation & Statutory Rights

Participants remain responsible for their own health decisions, exercise choices and implementation of general educational information provided through the Programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms affects the rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Irish law.
